For babies 0-9 weeks - $119
You will have an initial 60 minute conversation to discuss your babies unique sleep concerns and to fine tune your goals. We will discuss your current settling techniques, routines, safe sleep and more.
From here you will receive a follow up email with settling strategies and a basic routine attached.
You will receive additional resources including detailed descriptions on settling strategies, setting up healthy sleep environments, teething, winding and more.
1 x follow up 15 minute phone call to discuss progress.
Phone Consultation - Tier 1
1 Week - $219
This package is aimed at parents comfortable with a cry based approach as the results are often faster.
You will have an initial 60 minute conversation to discuss your babies unique sleep concerns and to fine tune your goals. We will discuss your current settling techniques, routines, safe sleep and more.
You will then receive a follow up email with a custom plan and routine for your child.
1 x Week of follow up calls (2 x 15 minute calls included) - add on weeks available.
Discussion and analysis of sleep logs for 1 week after beginning plan
Unlimited email support throughout the week.
Phone Consultation - Tier 2
2 Week - $289
This package is aimed at parents comfortable with a more gentle approach as the results often take closer to 2 weeks.
You will have an initial 60 minute conversation to discuss your babies unique sleep concerns and to fine tune your goals. We will discuss your current settling techniques, routines, safe sleep and more.
You will then receive a follow up email with a custom plan and routine for your child.
2 x Weeks of follow up calls (4 x 15 minute calls included) - add on weeks available.
Discussion and analysis of sleep logs for 2 weeks after beginning plan
Unlimited email support throughout the two weeks.
Home Consultation - Tier 1
2 Hour Home Visit Offered Between 8am-4pm - $349
You will have an initial conversation to discuss your babies unique sleep concerns and to fine tune your goals. We will discuss your current settling techniques, routines, safe sleep and more.
I will then visit you for 2 hours at home for hands-on settling support. We will also discuss the plan and routine in detail.
I will send you the plan and routine after the consult with any amendments from the in-home meeting.
1 x Week of follow up calls (2 x 15 minute calls included) - add on weeks available.

3 Hour Home Visit Offered Between 8am-4pm - $399
You will have an initial conversation to discuss your babies unique sleep concerns and to fine tune your goals. We will discuss your current settling techniques, routines, safe sleep and more.
I will then visit you for 3 hours at home for hands-on settling support. We will also discuss the plan and routine in detail.
I will send you the plan and routine after the consult with any amendments from the in-home meeting.
1 x Week of follow up calls (2 x 15 minute calls included) - add on weeks available.
